How do I order?

Please email jolenesweets@gmail.com to check on availability.  Dates often book quickly. However, if you're having a sweets emergency, please check in to see if I have availability for that last minute request!  

Where Is Your Shop Located?

I bake out of a licensed kitchen in Ashland OR and do not have a store front location.

I Need Something Today!

Unfortunately, orders need to be placed at least 24 hours in advance, as all items are baked from scratch and fresh to order.  

Do You Deliver? 

Yes (based on availability).  Within Ashland city limits $10 and other Rogue Valley locations for an additional fee. Unfortunately I do not ship at this time.

Do you have gluten-free products? 

While I do offer gluten-free options, please note that my kitchen is not a certified gluten-free facility. Products are prepared in a space where gluten and other common allergens are also used.  Although I take care to avoid cross-contact, I cannot guarantee that any item is completely free of trace gluten.

If you have celiac disease, a severe gluten allergy, or are highly sensitive, I strongly recommend ordering from a dedicated gluten-free bakery to ensure your safety.  Thank you for understanding!

Do you use fondant?

All of my cakes are finished with buttercream, cream cheese, ganache or whipped cream.  Fondant is used sparingly for accents or small decorations on the cake.

How do I pay?

E-mailed invoice via Square will include a secure link for card payment.  Venmo and Zelle also accepted.  All orders require payment in advance.

Do you offer tiered cakes?

I have layered cakes (stacked cakes the same size) but I do not offer tiered cakes (two or more different sized layered cakes, stacked on top of one another).
